Hello and welcome to Yoga Cadabra! My name is Kanisorn Namchaiswadwong from Bangkok, Thailand. You can just call me Ed, my nickname. I am a yoga teacher, teaching in many leading yoga studios in Bangkok.
As an exercise lover, I took it as something fun to try out when I came to my first yoga class. I had never realized before that it was going to change the rest of my life. After few more classes, I was addicted to it. After few more years, I have been improved and transformed into a new person who has better physical health, a lot of confidence and self-esteem. I won many yoga awards including Thailand Yoga Asana Championship, Malaysia International Yoga Competition and ranked number 2 of the world in International Yoga Asana Championship in 2011.
I completed yoga teacher training from Yoga Elements Studio in Bangkok, Thailand. Now I am a Yoga Alliance’s Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher under the 200-hour standard (E-RYT 200) and teach at Yoga Elements Studio and Lullaby Yoga in Bangkok. Plus, I completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles in 2013 and have been teaching it since January 2014. I also enjoy volunteering my time to teach yoga for kids and elderly person in nonprofit organization.
I created Yoga Cadabra and would like to share yoga ideas and experiences to like-mind yoga people through this blog. You are always welcome to share your ideas and comments here in this blog. It is to help not only improving our practice, but also bringing the awareness of yoga in the society, spreading the idea of how it improves physical health and how it helps us in other aspects of life.
